Luca Freschi
SINE DIE
June, 12 – September, 13
Opening: June, 16, 6:30 p.m.
Artesania Catalunya, Barcellona
Sine Die presents the work of Luca Freschi (Forlimpopoli, Italy, 1982) as an exploration of time, memory, and the persistence of objects. The title of the exhibition—a Latin expression meaning “without a fixed date”—refers to an open, undefined temporality, an idea that runs through his entire artistic practice. Working primarily with terracotta and glazed ceramics, Freschi constructs sculptures, assemblages, and large floor installations that inhabit an ambiguous space between archaeology, fiction, and memory.
